Ways of listening is a deep dive into the intricacies of sonic entities. By using audio technologies and combining external amplification, acoustic instruments, wireless headphones and noise-canceling headphones, participants will be able to experience phenomena of sound in various ways while experiencing the complex relationship between sensory perceptions in our human existence. The show is a laboratory in which sound phenomena are tested at their limitations, ranging between the most intimate sonorities to those inducing active vibration onto their environment. Sounds in this environment are to be experienced by us sensory beings - through our ears, body, eyes and from inside our head.
